They take very good care of my trash and always communicate when delays in pick up are expected
I would give 0 Stars if i Could. If you have a choice do not use Waste Management. They give you a price per quarter then in a month they raise the price without any notification. They just send an invoice. Then if you want to cancel they charge you $75 dollars for them to come pick up their bin. I got 3 weeks of trash delivery a huge headache and i am out over $150 dollars. They are a terrible company to do business with. They also make it virtually impossible to talk to a person and then don't respond to request tickets. A... read more
