I got clear written information on the criteria for colonoscopy surveillance from my provider NP Lin which was very helpful!!
PN Lin provided me with great care. She listened attentively and didn’t make me feel like I was in a drive through service. She made recommendations and went the extra mile to help me with my concerns.
Dr. Au is very nice. Kinda hard to understand him because he talks fast and has a accent. I asked him several times to repeat what he said and he did. I was surprised that a different doctor did my Endoscopy. I thought Dr Au was going to do it. But the Dr. that did the Endoscopy was very nice. He answered all my questions. My follow up appt was with the P.A. she was nice and answered all my questions.
Operation has not been completed yet, office experience is excellent
Front desk hospitality is awesome. Staff is kind and helpful.
