I arrived for a 6:30 appointment. Only the receptionist was present. At 7 am other employees began arriving. The doctor didn't see me until 8: 30. The 7:15 appointment arrived, explaining that she had a subsequent appointment she would have to cancel. They treated her ahead of me. The awful part was listening to a discussion of Game of Thrones while they explored my intestines. If I could give this place less than one star I would. My daughter had an endoscopy and Bravo last week and the entire experience was a nightmare. She was given way too much anesthesia, had 4 blown veins and developed thrush and had a severe allergic reaction to the medication. She has been put under numerous times and has never had any issue. The staff was rude beyond measure. Avoid this place at all costs.

Waited over an hour past "scheduled" appointment! Worst service in Fresno. Ridiculous.
