The doctor was rude and condescending. My mom had a horrible experience.
Dr B is great! Very knowledgeable and transparent. I’ve been a patient of his for years and will continue to have him monitor me for years to come.
Front desk staff is very RUDE! I would not suggest this practice at all. They have no sense of customer service or patient care. I will never return to this facility or see this doctor. I would suggest new hires for their front staff or some type of training in the customer service area.
