Denise is fantastic! A great representation of the practice. And Dr.Zirn is a legend of course
Just called front office and yes, as mentioned, the front office staff are extremely rude. They haven't been trained to speak to people on the phone with kindness, respect, or professionalism. The lady that answered the phone just kept going on about the policies, etc...very rude behavior for someone hired to help people on the phone.
Patient On-Line -Registration and Scheduling is very intuitive. Dr. Zirn demontrates open and honest patient communication and interface skills and instills a sense of confidence and knowledge to his patients. I highly recommend Advanced DermCare and specifically Dr. Zirn.
