Front office staff are extremely rude. No empathy, no positive bedside manner, just plain rude and unaccommodating.... Waited 6 months for an appointment only for it to be canceled 3 hours ahead of time. Next appointment not available for a couple of weeks..... I love the doctors...but the office staff need training.
I arrived on time, and within a few minutes was taken in. Dr Lipper came in shortly afterwards and saw me. Excellent care and communication.
I had a very positive experience mainly because I felt I was listened to! My concerns were communicated to the medical assistant when I entered the room and I was thrilled when the PA came in and was already aware and prepared to meet my needs. It was very refreshing. I felt they both went above and beyond to address my concerns! Thank you!
I've had several people in charge of my care here. Reception is always polite as is everyone I've come across. Diagnosis of a skin cancer was less alarming with these professionals at the helm. Mohs surgery was done and now a complete skin check again. Treatment of warts has been a struggle but Jenna has been wonderful, diligently working to rid me of them. Thanks all around! 👍
