I was a patient there for almost 20 years. Then I received a letter they would no longer accept blue cross blue shield my insurance. One of the biggest insurances in the country. They told me to find another Dr. I saw Dr Lipper and Dr Zirn and neither one cared. It all comes down to greed. They don't even care about their long time patients. Very very sad!!
I was a new patient; Jenna Kocis the PA reviewed my history thoroughly. Did biopsies on two lesions. DR Lowe came in and examined the lesion. Both Jenna and DR Lowe were patient and caring. Jennna explained the procedure. Staff was very kind. Office was very clean. Felt confident in the team. Would definitely recommend Advanced DermCare.
After 2 visits to the ER and 3 different doctors all in ONE week, Dr. Zirn fit me into his schedule. His staff is amazing and I walked away with a diagnosis and the proper medication. Dr. Zion took his time to explain everything to me and called me a few days later to see how I was feeling. Great doctor!
