Called and left message- zero calls back. Why are front desk people always so incompetent?
Spoke with nurse Katherine about a concern I had with a prescription order and she was absolutely disrespectful with the rudest comments saying "I guess you have to stay in pain until Monday', "I wonder where your daughter got her attitude from", etc. I preceded to ask to speak with a manager, and she had lied saying a doctor had heard the whole conversation and agreed with her. That is not true at all, if the doctor had heard the call, I would've been informed on my prescription. I will be contacting the corporate manager.
All the staff is amazing I have been to other Dermatology offices and I have no good remarks for any of them. But advanced on Palm Beach Blvd is wonderful. Thank you Enid Martinez and staff!!!
