Lets see. Called to set up an appointment. "I'm sorry we can't set your appointment for you as a customer pay because we know you have insurance." It is their policy not to set your appointment if you first tell them you have insurance. Really irratating. My referral had not reached the office yet so cannot get your appointment. Truly think they should review their policy. Especially since they knew that the referral would be coming.
