I went in there pretty nervous and the staff were more than willing to break everything down for me for what I was going through, what my issue was. The main doctor or dermatologist also made sure I was well informed into what I was getting myself into with procedures and products and everything.

Very nice staff and doctors are okay too, but don’t listen to Google and see them for hair issues. Waste of time! Go see a hair specialist. I wasted time and a Copay. Hubby has had excellent care with the female practitioner there for his skin concerns. Hair forget it!!! Don’t bother responding if you run this clinic, I meant what I said, I’d say it again. 3 is being generous.

Unprofessional, How are they genuinely in business? Would definitely recommend changing their MA staff. No point of having such rude, disrespectful staff.

I had a disappointing experience at this location weeks ago.The front desk staff, particularly a woman named Brianna, was rude and unprofessional during my visit. I expect a medical office to treat patients with basic courtesy and respect, and that wasn't the case here. Unfortunately, this kind of front-desk experience colors the whole visit, regardless of the quality of care from the providers themselves. I'd think twice before returning and would recommend other patients be aware of this before booking.
