On my first visit, I was called back before finishing my intake forms and the NP did not review my paperwork before a brief exam. I was told I needed two biopsies and treatment and was asked to return after “approval.” On my second visit, I waited about 45 minutes while others who arrived after me were seen first. Was sent the wrong prescription and was given smaller dosage... called and called just to not be answered called and the doctor answered me and told me she would send the prescription and never did. And last time they didn't send it my prescription too. When I pay 75 dollars just for you to tell me what I already know.. im expecting at least to be sent the right medication. horrible customer support.. and service..
I was referred by my primary doctor, and so far the provider and staff have been amazing. Everyone is super kind, professional, and attentive. The provider is very knowledgeable and actually takes the time to explain everything, which I really appreciate. I’ve had a great experience and would definitely recommend this office.
I have had good experiences. Only bad part was their basic ability to put help an incision heal. They said they cauterized it but even 5 weeks later it has yet to remotely heal. If I could reach the spot, I would have burned the wound at home.
Well I've gone to the office in Murrieta and they were awesome, didn't have any problems there. My son's acne cleared up and the doctors were great!
