Dr. Jeff seems nice enough, I've got a debilitating autoimmune skin disease called hidradenitis suppurativa.. I've been going there 3 to 4 years and there's been no real true improvement. Dr. Jeff is the best. He has a very positive bedside manner and is very gentle during the procedures. He's my favorite doctor out of all that I see. However, his office staff, especially the receptionists, have nothing but attitude no matter what the question. They hang up before you even say goodbye, and they act like you're the inconvenience.
