The experience I shared with the beautiful and well knowledgable professionals at this place was safe, and amazingly satisfying. For example, square footage, swift techniques, enlightening words of wisdom, and the doctor/Patient relationship was valid. the area space from the entranceway to the second floor can be simply put as great. ol english got em comfortable enough to get jiggy at work. I visited Dr. Fox at his office, Advanced Dermatology in Freshmeadows, and I had a very positive experience. I came in and was seen right away. The staff was warm, courteous, and friendly. I had a mole removed from my neck and a another from my face. I was very concerned and worried about the mole on my face being removed but to my delight it healed beautifully. I highly recommend Dr. Fox for his great work.

Very disappointed with customer support my mother asked for a Spanish rep and they denied that . I spoke with someone who never gave her name who was setting up a appointment for my mother, she was nasty. Very rude I would never recommend no one here at all. Was told appointment was set when I asked to talk to a supervisor was also not helpful at all said there is a lot of people working so she could not know who was the rep that helped me . This place treats patients like trash. I called to make appointment lady on the phone was practically yelling on me. This is not the first time staff was rude and nasty. I like Dr. Barrizani but because of unprofessional staff I will never go there again.

I saw Dr.Levine 6weeks ago went for a prescribed lyme test last week ,and can't get the secretary to speak to me about results all I get is hold on which plays an endless commercial for their office Why would anybody go to this place ?A good doctor is getting a bad rep from bad office management.

I was referred to Advanced Derm by a Xtrac rep to treat vitiligo on my hands. Xtrac is a new laser treatment and I was told by Xtrac reps and the AD doctors that a 5-month treatment would restore the pigment to my hands. The problems started first with the PCP referrals. My PCP sent the referral four times and finally we found the referral sitting on their fax machine. Second, the front office at the Fresh Meadows never informed that I needed to renew my referral visits and ask me to have my PCP back-date the referral. After... read more

Your front desk staff are beyond rude. They lack knowledge of the services you offer and have no urge to find you an answer. They'll shrug you off or tell you "I don't know" and expect you to take it. Your location is prime real estate. You are a business and customer service is a must. As a business, the front desk is the most important part of your overall experience and coming to the 188th street location is extremely unpleasant. DO NOT go to this doctor. I've had about 6 apt's this past year and they canceled every one last minute all due to "family emergencies". So unprofessional.
