Disappointing experience due to poor communication and scheduling issues. I chose this practice because of its longevity in Roslyn Heights and high reviews, but my experience seeing three providers here has been highly frustrating. 1) Zero Follow-Up: The office never calls back regarding anything. They rescheduled my appointment 3 times and then had me wait in there waiting for 2 hours and I still haven’t seen the doctor. Now they say it will be an additional 2 hours before I get in. What is wrong with these people, this is no way to run a business.. Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere!!!
