Dr T is the best. He is kind, caring and very helpful. He answers any questions right away and is always there to help with a smile ! So refreshing to have such an amazing doctor!
Due to train timings, I was 30 minutes early to my appointment. My alternative was to be 30 minutes late. Then, I ended up waiting 1hr to be seen. This was frustrating because I had the courtesy to be on time/early to my appointment. But they did not have the courtesy to be on time to see me (or at least call me to tell me they were running behind schedule). Keloid removal and CRT therapy was absolutely amazing! The healing process was without complications and there were no more traces of the keloid reoccurring!
The Office is Very Clean, the Front Desk Staff is Very Courteous, and the Service of Kim Costa, Dr. John, is Excellent.
I had CO2 laser done with Dr. Anthony Taglienti 9 days ago on face and upper neck for wrinkles, texture and a large forehead scar. I was given sedative, numbing cream and local anesthetic and I did not feel any pain during the procedure, It took about an hour and Dr Taglienti made sure I was comfortable during the treatment. I left feeling like I had a sunburn and needed only Tylenol.
