It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. The doctor and staff really went out of their way to make me feel welcome. They were so friendly! They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. Still, I wish they had been a little more professional. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. This doctor is cold,no bedside manner.She stood 3 ft away from me to check me.She made me wait 20 mins in the waiting room & 30 mins in the exam room wearing a paper gown.I felt uncomfortable.My own doctor referred her and tol... read more

Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments Does this provider have helpful information available online? No, just a basic listings page Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
