I was able to get an appointment right away and the staff was very nice to deal with
I’ve been to this office several times without any issues however the last appointment was disappointing. First, the 45 minute wait! Then, I paid cash for non-covered cosmetic procedure which I knew would be the case but even so I verified with front desk when paying my bill that visit will not be billed to insurance since it was a cosmetic visit. The three ladies at front desk all confirmed. One month later, sure enough, I received a bill for services from that same appointment for services other than the cosmetic procedure... read more
