Very upset with this practice. A cosmetic appt. paid with cash also got billed to my insurance co. and now I am supposedly showing a balance due. No one returns my calls, nor addresses the issue at the billing department because they "just process". SCAM!!
Met with an Asian doctor a few years ago. As other people commented, she was very condescending with no bedside manners. Very abrupt and rude. Was my first bad experience at a doctor’s office. They are always highly professional and highly respected class of people. Not sure what was going on with her. Based on the comments/reviews this seems to be the norm
I had a great experience at Advanced Dermatology in the Amityville office. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and efficient. Danielle, the office manager, was especially personable and accommodating—she made the entire visit smooth and stress-free. The doctor was very knowledgeable and saw me quickly without feeling rushed, taking the time to explain everything clearly. I truly appreciated the professionalism, warmth, and efficiency of the entire team. I highly recommend this office.
Love this office. Everyone was so kind and helpful, the provider took their time in helping me and I didn’t feel rushed at all. Nadeisha the MA was lovely, warm and very welcoming. Overall it was a great visit
