The staff was nice that dermatology was good. He did what he had to do. I was in ab out Everybody was nice so it was good. A good experience.
Dr. Yi Ling was good, very knowledgeable. The receptionist was good, professional and expedient. However, the back office was loud and someone seemed to be upset about a work problem and cursed and yelled out as she was truly annoyed. I understand that there are work problems but she needs to learn to deal with these things quietly or remove yourself from the public view and vent. Her outburst was unprofessional and turned me off. This was my first visit to this office and I may not continue there if this is the norm.
Highly recommend Bin Bin Fan. I have been experiencing horrible hormonal acne after going off of birth control. Stress from work and wedding planning only exacerbated the problem. Bin Bin has been incredibly professional in helping me resolve my hormonal acne despite my frustrations and impatience. It is still a work in progress as these things take time and varies person to person but I trust that it will get better with time under his care.
The service was pretty good, the person in the front was right to the point and friendly which I liked, the staff was nice and gave a good atmosphere to the small office it gave it a bit of a cozy vibe for doctors office standards. The nurse and doctor was pretty good knew exactly what my issues was and knew exactly how to fix it which I really like.
