I took my 5 year old daughter to see Dr. Jake (sorry I can’t remember his last name) for what I thought was a mole. The nurse that was talking to my daughter about Dr. Jake, and she referred to him as “her friend Dr. Jake.” It may not seem like much, but to a 5 year old, it really made her feel more comfortable! Of course the mole had some crazy name, but Jake explained it in a way that a normal person could understand! Great job to everyone!

The service was fine until I got a bill. The quick pay link does not work & says call the provider to fix the issue. So I paid the bill in full through my bank. This requires a check to be mailed to Maine or something like that but not locally. Suddenly, in less then a 24 hour window I was being called, texted, & emailed about the payment. I don't think I even had the bill for 2 weeks yet. If this is how they treat patients I won't be going back. No wonder people can get in so quick. I am not happy with the service! You are waiting a long time to get in to the room to see the doctor only to wait another 20 minutes for them to come in. The doctor was with me for less than 10 minutes and I am paying 818.00 plus what my insurance covered! Too much! They are over charging!
