Honestly I found the physician to be borderline rude. She walked in and immediately seemed to be judging me for my financial capabilities and for seeking treatment. During the course of the brief interaction, she seemed to be making a repeated push for paying out of pocket-- it all felt a bit off. Bad vibes. I will not be using your services going forward.

I initially saw Dr. Landers back in 2023 for a spot on my cheek. She took a quick look at it and assured me it wasn't skin cancer. She sold me some cream to use x3 months. After 3 months I went back to see her for a full skin exam, which took maybe 1 minute. I asked her again about the spot on my cheek, she said to stop using the cream and just use Tretinon, which i did. She assured me it was just a sun spot and not to worry. At my next full skin exam I asked her again about the spot on my cheek again. She never seemed conce... read more

I was early to the appointment, after waiting 4 months to get fit in. They were a half an hour late, I went in to see if I could remove a cyst on my LEG and she said she didn’t want to remove it from my LEG in case it would harm a future baby I’m not going to have?? She then told me she wanted to inject me with steroids because that’s somehow healthier for a theoretical baby than cutting off skin. I wasn’t able to speak for myself and was spoken to in a very condescending way. I then asked about my fairly newly developed ros... read more

My experience here was incredibly disappointing. The doctor walked in, gave a diagnosis almost immediately, and talked over me every time I tried to share my symptoms or history. I didn’t feel heard or respected, and the tone used toward me was dismissive and condescending. To make matters worse, I was quoted procedure pricing and told to check if my “insurance was good enough,” only to later find out this provider is not even in-network. The front desk took my insurance information and failed to disclose this, which resulte... read more

My 89 year old mother was diagnosed with a small basal cell carcinoma. This clinic talked my mother into radiation treatment which she could not afford instead of the more common treatment to remove the spot surgically. The stress created by the financial burden is far more harmful than the tiny spot on her forehead. Clearly, the doctors here are more concerned about paying for their expensive equipment than for the well being of their patients.
