I called in and booked an appointment for the free skin cancer screening screening promotion on their website but was billed anyways after the visit. After calling in five times (three just stopped at the corporate level without any action), I finally got the response that I needed to mention the promotion not only during the call, but during check-in and to the dermatologist themselves. We have been patients at the Scottsdale office for many years. Sean is terrific. My husband was developing multiple pre-cancer bumps on his head and face. Recently Sean recommended a "blue light" treatment which has resulted in a great outcome. I highly recommend Sean and this office.
