The front desk staff here are very rude and unprofessional. I’ve asked multiple times for my before and after pictures, and they kept hanging up on me. I also had two appointments with Dr. Dawood that were cancelled by him and never rescheduled. In addition, I had a CO₂ laser treatment here by Dawood, and now I’m left with hyperpigmentation and hypopigmentation that I never had before. My skin has been permanently affected. I had a CO laser treatment done with Dr. Dawood and experienced terrible results. I would not recommend getting any procedures done with him. The office staff was also very unprofessional and unhelpful throughout the process. Overall, I had a very disappointing experience -- save your money and go somewhere else.
