The front desk staff was not very nice when I checked in and talked about how they had so much work to do and that’s why they were being rude at that moment. Also waited a hour for a 15min appt with the PA. I also called back to change my pharmacy and they put me on hold the second they answered and made me wait for 15mins with no help, I needed to call back again to get help. I think they need improvements on customer service at the front desk.
