The people at the front desk are well organized and very good at what they do. I mean, sure, they could use a little more of a sense of humor, but it is a dermatology office after all so no fault there. The PA I see, Sean, is obviously highly skilled, very attentive and diligent, very friendly and not at all condescending. In other words, he is freaking awesome!
On time appointment. Friendly and professional staff. Thoughtful and innovative Dr. Laffer who thought out of the box.
Dr. Laffer is awesome!
Sean is very nice and knowledgeable. He let me know what to look for in the future. I felt "seen". Not just another patient.
