Service was fast. Staff is courteous. They explain everything. Have been going there over 25:years
Excellent care at Advanced Dermatology, friendly engaging staff. I've had more than a few procedures requiring stitches, and Elise is as smooth as they come, never felt a thing, not even the slightest tugging when she stitched me up. A+++++ care here.
Horrible experience I go in for unexplained ulcers on my skin I have been trying to take care of myself with salt water and the first visit they find precancerous cells on my head where I had an ulcer I went back for the other one's and Elise looked at me and told me I was making the sores on myself 2 on my back like holes I would have to puncture myself to have I can't even reach anyway it's rude and offensive to tell someone they are scratching and making wounds on themselves I was in tears she wouldn't do a swab of the op... read more
I went to the office with my father on July 14 2025. Sophie was not there. My dad has psoriasis and they were supposed to send information in to Novartis 6 months ago. They never did. He has been without for 7 months now. He's miserable. So I made an appointment and the nurse practitioner was very unprofessional, almost didn't let me leave the small office in the back. Still no shot and she yelled that we are not allowed back. Pathetic
