The nurses and the staff were very professional and helped me with my skin problem.
I had a great experience with Dr. Christian Gallo at Advanced Derm; however, the scheduling and call system needs significant improvement. I spent 30 minutes on hold after being transferred multiple times between different departments, only to end up back with the original representative, Diane, who could have resolved my issue from the start. After waiting an hour past my appointment time in the waiting room so far ..( Doesn't look like I'm being seen anytime soon) I don't have the energy to type all that is wrong with this place...so I will just say..it's HORRIBLE go someplace else.. Trust me
