Horrible service, the dermatology don't even saw me. I try to explain my health problem with my hair and with my face and she didn't let me talk the only she said was we don't cover that. It was a horrible, unprofessional, disrespectful and rude people. The only the care is pay the visit. I think the should close that office and report them and hopefully suspend the Dermatology license.
I went for a cyst on my back, the P A only saw me for 2 seconds, told me to wait because it was red and it will spread??, charge me $45 co payment, gave me a prescription for 10 days, I told him it was hurting, didn't matter to him, told me to be back after the ren days. Next day do to shower with warm water it open by itself and no more problem, now they want me to go back, spendx1/2 waiting, see me for another 2 seconds probably and be charge another $45 for nothing done. My experience having mohs surgery was a first. All the nurses and doctors were very professional and informative. It’s a long process which is why my only complaint was the waiting room situation. For such a busy practice with mostly senior citizens, this room was way too small for the number of patients being treated. Elbow to elbow is not acceptable especially with flu and Covid season on us. As a retired doctor who had solo practice this arrangement is not wise. I hope management addresses this ASAP.
From the moment you walk in to check out, you’re family. Staff are friendly and actually listen to you. Dr. Gallo has great bedside manner and helped me understand what’s happening with my skin and offered lots of options.
