Had cancerous mole removed. Great care and kept me in the loop with each step. Very courteous.
Couldn't spell my name, very unprofessional and rude. Waited to tell me they didn't accept my insurance after I had gotten there. Over the phone said they accepted, then treated me as if I did something wrong.
