The doctors and physician assistants are wonderful and have a good bedside manner. But the front desk personnel? I was asked as I was checking into my appointment if I had a referral. I answered, "No, and there should be one on file". The woman said it had expired. I said that it would be nice if someone would let the patients know that they need a new referral.
