EDIT: from five stars down to one. Had been scheduled for annual skin check with Logan since last year. Three times they’ve attempted to have me seen by someone else without asking. A note was put on my file indicating I’d only see Logan but guessing it wasn’t read. My choice was to see this person or cancel. I canceled. My first visit to Advanced Dermatology in White Oak, PA. Everyone at this office was kind and professional they explained everything so I understood what was going to be done
Called in for an appointment, showed up on time, but apparently they forgot to add me to the schedule. They said they could fit me in next, but I then had to stay in the waiting room for an extra two hours, and they let other people with later appointments into the back the entire time. Overall terrible experience, management should be ashamed.
