Called in for an appointment, showed up on time, but apparently they forgot to add me to the schedule. They said they could fit me in next, but I then had to stay in the waiting room for an extra two hours, and they let other people with later appointments into the back the entire time. Overall terrible experience, management should be ashamed.

Had a great visit with Logan who is a believe the Pa? Very professional and knowledgeable. My only problem is the girl that checked me out at the desk. She rolled her eyes as I came up to the window, gave the doctor a dirty look and when I didnt answer one of her questions immediately, she said you LOOK like you had a rough day, did you have a rough day? I visited here a couple months after my scalp started burning (trichodynia) and hair shedding started. My hair started shedding when I was sick and took antibiotics three months prior. Dr told me it’ll stop soon, it’s telogen efluvian. He pulled on a couple hairs and said my scalp looked fine. He told me I must have had a neck injury that why my scalp burns. I’m now into my six month of hair shedding and it hasn’t slowed down at all. Oh and the lovely burning is worse and it always happens right after I lose clumps of hair. ... read more
