I went to this office last week to get a mole checked that I was concerned about. The PA that I saw was flippant and dismissive when I told her about my concerns. She barely looked at the mole and said it was “nothing to worry about”. I mentioned that I don’t use SPF on my face every day,even though I know it’s recommended and she told me “I never wear sunscreen”. I was speechless.
