My visit went very well. The staff was friendly. The doctor was very comforting and helpful and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Advanced Dermatology.
I am Hispanic and I speak English, but that was not the problem. My concern was the lack of empathy and professionalism from the doctor. He came in rushed, asked questions quickly, and gave the impression that he just wanted to get out of the room. When I asked about the fourth issue that was affecting me, he told me he would only address three, but that he would “listen” to the fourth just this time.
