I called to make an appointment as a new patient during business hours on a Monday morning. The call was answered by a central call center, not by someone in the office. Also the person that answered my call was so hard for me to understand. I will use a doc that can afford personal service for their patients.
Cathy was very caring and informative with helping with my daughter's acne. She took the time to answer all her questions and prescribed medications through GenRx Pharmacy. My whole experience with Cathy and the staff at Advanced Dermatology was great and the quite the opposite of another review I read on this site.
