They are extremely disorganized and demonstrate a clear lack of communication. There is no proactive follow-up; patients are forced to repeatedly call just to receive basic updates. This level of poor coordination is highly unprofessional. I strongly advise against visiting this office. I spent over a year there, but my symptoms only worsened, and none of the prescribed treatments were effective. Ultimately, I made the decision to stop attending and canceled my last appointment. However, the office continued to send me bills for missed appointment, despite my efforts to explain that I had canceled.
