Dr Belmina Michael came in and handed me like five prescriptions and wanted me to fill through an outsourced pharmacy, when through Walgreens my insurance covered all of them. I’ve been calling their office for weeks trying to pay a bill cause the website leads to nowhere and no one answers the phone. Most doctors office have an automated system they have nothing not even anyone working to answer the phones.

They are extremely disorganized and demonstrate a clear lack of communication. There is no proactive follow-up; patients are forced to repeatedly call just to receive basic updates. This level of poor coordination is highly unprofessional. Additionally, my scalp had to be swabbed twice because their laboratory processed the wrong results, which reflects serious negligence and a lack of quality control. I strongly advise against visiting this office. I spent over a year there, but my symptoms only worsened, and none of the prescribed treatments were effective. Ultimately, I made the decision to stop attending and canceled my last appointment. However, the office continued to send me bills for missed appointment, despite my efforts to explain that I had canceled.
