I arrived one minute after their “late” policy due to unforeseen circumstances, and they would not let me be seen for an appointment. I was new to the Forest Lake location and was literally in the building for a good 5 minutes trying to find the office my way to their office, which caused me to open the door exactly 11 minutes after my appointment time. I am extremely disappointed in their customer service, and I will be looking elsewhere for a dermatologist.
The staff at Advanced Dermatology are so professional, caring and concerned individuals. At this clinic they really practice customer focus and compassion.
I've always had a great experience and received excellent care at ADC.
I am writing this review from the perspective of a medical patient. I have never had cosmetic treatments here. I have been a medical patient here for a year and 4 months. Yesterday, I switched to another dermatology clinic for my Melanoma care. Over the course of my treatment here, many things have raised red flags- the most concerning being that they do not follow the evidence and well-established guidelines for after care of malignant melanoma patients. I do not recommend this clinic for medical dermatology patients.
