I’ve been with this dermo for roughly 12 years. The doctors and nurses over the years have been great. However, one of the receptionist was very rude to me early on in my treatment. I was in my early 20’s and lost insurance and she shouted out to the waiting room that I owed them money and would not get treatment. How embarrassing. I stayed with them because I loved the doctors. Now that they are combined with RGH, the service has declined. They are slow to get scripts filled, the doctors are not as confident. They called me... read more
Their office staff are very rude and abrupt on the phone. If you need your prescriptions refilled, be prepared to call them multiple times and give them a week or more. I'm switching dermatologist clinics and hoping I get better customer service.
