Megan really knew her stuff. She was very concerned for my well being during the blue light treatment.
My visit was great, but to schedule a follow up is super frustrating. Their AI voice system is terrible and to get someone in the office to actually pick up is incredibly difficult.
I came here for over a year without any issues. I had to switch providers for a different service. That provider never came out to get me for my appointment, the front desk staff told me they didn’t know where the provider was, and I asked for a manager to call me (I left after 40 minutes of waiting) and no one ever called. So unprofessional and not worth the traffic, hassle, or price.
INCREIDIBLE !! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE this dermatologist charged me over $600 for first patient visit then denied to give me the prescription since they sold it at their office, its like they obligate me to buy Hypocyn direclty from them not from my prefer pharmacy BECAREFUL ! This doctors are only looking for ways to get your money never your health !
