Came in for an appointment at 2:30pm. Was still in the waiting room at 3:05. When I asked the staff at the desk they stated that they had four providers and that I had an attitude. A few minutes later called back to the exam room and again waited for an additional 20 minutes for the provider. When I stated I was unhappy with the wait the provider said it was better to have an earlier appointment time not addressing what had taken that lon
