So very disappointed in this place. Made my husband drive 2 x to Tampa to only screw up his appointment. Charge him a no show when he showed and they couldn’t do the procedure!!! He came from Brooksville. This sis so rediculise . Please try to get your stuff together. I m fighting cancer and got so upset because it’s the second time he drive that far. Gas, mileage and time . The appointment was for my teenage daughter. The appointment was scheduled for 3:10. 100% my fault, I went to the wrong location due to me mixing up appointments. Totally my fault. I called them at 3:09 and said what happened and that I was on my way as fast as possible. I figured about 3:30. The front office person informed me that they have a 15 minute grace period.
