This is my 2nd bad experience and both involved the esthetician, Rebecca. Extremely unprofessional. I made my appt weeks ago. I had already received a phone call and a text reminder for my appt. I teach school and had rearranged my whole schedule to accommodate this appt. She left me a message the day before my appt to say she was no longer working on the day of my appt and I would need to reschedule.
