I had one of the worst interactions I’ve ever had in healthcare and never have written a complaint before. Dr. Mari Batta came in already looking extremely rushed and rushed through my skin check in 5-8 minutes tops. She barely let me get in one word and when I voiced a concern about some redness she said “there’s a lot going on there so you’ll need a different appointment.” Then walked out the door. Excellent care for for skin cancer on the side of my nose.Dr.Kaplan was everything you want from kind to professional.The staff also was a big help.Highly recommend!!
