I just want to say that if I had the option of leaving 0 stars I would . Please be aware of this location I wish I remember the name of the doctor that saw me . I flew from PR to be seen and I had multiple concerns more than 3 because I’m a new mom and unfortunately I haven’t been to the doctor in a while. The doctor comes in and first thing she tell me is that we can only addressed 3 concerns per visit because of my insurance that was the policy (which is BS) I called my insurance and they told me that’s not true at all . I literally have been blowing up their office phone for TWO DAYS and not once has anyone answered the phone. I’ve tried calling mid-late afternoon and I woke up early today to call when their office opened and STILL no answer. I don’t understand how a business can just not answer the phone especially for their clients. Hella unprofessional and annoying if I’m being honest. I don’t want to have to go in person just to get an answer to my question and I shouldn’t have to! This is ridiculous
Dr. Sarah Siak is the best. She is professional, but yet very caring, making sure your concerns are heard and treated. I would recommend her to everyone!
On September 17, 2025 I had an appointment with Advance Dermatology. My appointment was for 3:10pm. After circling the parking lot for 30 minutes because of no available parking I was able to sign in at 2:48pm. I asked the lady at the front desk do you need my insurance information, she said no please have a seat. I mentioned I was on conference call and when your ready for me please let me know.
