Had a mole biopsy done 3 weeks ago and have still not heard anything. Called the office and was told “don’t see anything on your chart I will have the nurses look into it and call you back.” Soooooooooooooooo how long am I supposed to wait ? Really unprofessional. I sure hope I don’t have treatable skin cancer in the meantime !

I had an appointment at Advanced Dermatologist on Alafaya on July of 2018. Had skin biopsies done. In that appointment I was told everything was covered by my insurance. Now I get a $1,353.00 bill from the Lab they used. I called my insurance and found out that Advanced Dermatology at Alafaya Trail used a lab that is out of network and my insurance won’t cover plus they didn’t even get a prior Authorization that is required by my insurance. Misinformed 2x's when I called their customer service center. Better to call the office directly!! Still waiting on a call from management. :(
