I've always felt well looked after when visiting Advanced Dermatology. Always willing to listen with great patience and quick to respond.
Friendly, helpful staff. Knowledgeable and professional service.
Arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment. I was taken back to the exam room 20 minutes later than my scheduled time. Waited in the exam room another 20 minutes before the PA came in to do a 5 minute skin check. I was bombarded with text messages to preregister before the appointment and to arrive 15 minutes early only to sit around. This happened on each of my two appointments at Advanced.
