The wait after appointment time seemed excessive, however, the wait was well worth it. My mom got excellent care and the whole staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at this dermatology clinic. When I called to schedule a routine skin check, I was explicitly told that my insurance would cover the visit, and I would only need to pay a $5 copay. I paid this amount during my appointment, but three mondays later, I received an unexpected bill for $585. The bill didn’t even specify what services were provided that day, and no one at the clinic ever informed me of these charges beforehand, despite my efforts to clarify costs prior to my visit.
