I hate to leave a bad review, however I do feel like this issue needs to be addressed. I had a good appointment but as I was checking out I could see my appointment room from the desk, where I saw the medical assistant replace the paper covering the exam chair but did not see any wiping down or sanitization of the exposed leather on the chair. Dr. Alex Rodriguez and his staff made my visit welcoming. They calmed my anxiety about my procedure and explained everything thoroughly. I HIGHLY recommend this physician.
Dr. Abercrombie is super! It was my first time seeing her and I definitely was impressed by her bedside manner, her friendliness and thoroughness.
Dr. Abercrombie and Emily the medical assistant were both so wonderful! They were thorough and very kind!
