My first ever LONG POST! Needless to say, I won't be back... and if you want great, all around care, don't book here! The only positive regarding our appointment today was the young lady at check-in. She was really nice - her overall disposition was so welcoming! I wish I had her name for a shout out... however, I recall that she had short hair and wore glasses. 💖 Thank you 😊 Now... the bad...
