I had an appointment yet waited more than 30 minutes to be seen. At 20 minutes into the time I had to speak to the person at the front desk regarding the wait. She quite nonchalantly said they were busy today, quite unapologetically. This office has a communication problem. No regard for patients time it seems. Excellent experience for my daughter. First time there yesterday and couldn’t be more pleased. Really enjoyed how Omar explained everything not only to me but to my daughter as well. Very thorough. Glad I found this office.
Dr Ambercrombie and her assistant Sierra were very thorough and professional and knowledgeable. They did a great job for me. I've suggested to my wife to go see them.
I scheduled an appointment to address a large skin tag on my arm. Although the wait was a bit longer than expected, I was pleasantly surprised when the amazing team—Kate and Dr. Omar—took care of it during the same visit. No need for a follow-up! Outstanding service!
