If I could give them zero stars I would. I went for an appointment as self pay and when I finished the appointment they told me the amount I would have to pay was $124. When I asked for a bill they sent me a bill of $318 dollars. Then I got another bill in the mail for $388 dollars. I called them multiple times and they told me the billing manager would get back to me and it has been over a month and no one has gotten back to me.
