They are extremely disorganized and demonstrate a clear lack of communication. There is no proactive follow-up; patients are forced to repeatedly call just to receive basic updates. I strongly advise against visiting this office. I spent over a year there, but my symptoms only worsened, and none of the prescribed treatments were effective.
