If you want to truly feel like a number this is your place. The front desk staff is rude and acts put out. Anytime you call in you get routed to a call center where each person you speak with, whether it’s scheduling or billing has a language barrier and the background noise is so loud you can barely hear the broken English. Way too expensive. They just saw my child for acne and gave some chat gbt advice. 🥺 Paula Stotard NP charged me $135 for visit. 5 months later they sent me text asking $582. Do not go to Centennial location.
Be aware good faith estimates are not accurate and no advance notice of what you will be charged for procedures are provided. I spent over an hour on the phone being transferred and no codes on the good faith estimate were charged.
Went here in January & got a prescription. Forgot about it & now im out of my old prescription. Tried to call multiple times to get my prescription sent to Kaiser pharmacy in the same building. I get transferred 3x, left two voicemails... no one answers or calls me back. This is my first time coming here & the customer service isn't good.
We’ve had a good experience here. We found the doc to be very thorough which I appreciate.
