I like my doctor at Advanced Dermatology but the scheduling department/system is HORRIBLE. They make many mistakes - today causing me to have to leave the office after confirming my appt. They told me it was a mistake. Terrible scheduling system.
Dr. Toome and Lisa were great. The procedure was completely pain-free, very professional, and they explained everything along the way so I knew exactly what was happening. I felt comfortable and well taken care of the entire time. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
The scheduling was very easy, and the receptionist at the front desk was very nice, welcoming, and polite. However, the treatment I received was unsat! I had two moles removed approximately three weeks earlier by a different doctor from a different state. I have since moved and had to get another mole removed. This was the place that my insurance directed me to. The nurse came and told me to put the gown on open toward the back to search all of my skin. I'm confused by the lower rated reviews so I wanted to include my review to help. I've been seeing Dr. Toome for a couple of years now. The office staff are always very quick and helpful when I call for appointments or questions. I've never waited more than 5 minutes to be seen. Everyone from the front of house staff to the nurses are always very kind and willing to answer any/all questions I have. Dr. Toome is always direct and to the point which I love.
