Waited in lobby for 45 minutes while patients that had later appointments were seen before me. (Seems like the front desk forgot to check me in even though I signed in). Sat in the waiting room for another 20-30 minutes and still was not seen. Will not be returning.

If you’re considering Advanced Dermatology, here’s a reality check: I came in multiple times for ongoing testing and treatment related to a medical issue—not cosmetic, not optional. I received no bills, no notice, no heads-up about any balance due. Then out of nowhere, Michelle calls me with the warm, compassionate message of: “Pay now or don’t come in for your next appointment.” No explanation, no accountability, just a cold threat to cut off my care unless I blindly pay a surprise charge I was never informed about. I called to make an appointment; I was asked if I was a patient already, what kind of insurance do I have and do I have it with me. Then she said, please hold and left me on hold for about 3-4 minutes then someone hung the phone up. Same situation when I called back!!!

I had a Mohs procedure completed my Dr. Li. He had to do a skin graft and stitches, Dr Li was very gentle and thorough. I felt that I was in good hands and my nose is healing beautifully.
