Not sure why this place doesn’t have over 4 stars. I’ve been going for almost 4 years for cosmetic treatments and I honestly wouldn’t trust another doctor with my face at this point. From reception to the health team, they’re all really nice. Sorry other people haven’t had as great of an experience. I will say I do prefer the glencoe location over the Lincolnshire (not just due to location) but also the office seems nicer : newer .
Everyone I’ve come in contact with here is very professional. Doctors, nurses, the entire staff. I just left from an appointment and the receptionist at checkout (Maria) was exceptional. She double checked my appointment schedule before I left and ended up catching a mistake in the scheduling and went beyond the call of duty to reschedule me for a hard-to-get appointment. Very pleasant person to deal with in general. Highly recommend.

Absolute scam. Of course in Glencoe, 99% of the people were going there for cosmetic purposes. Spending tons of money. I went for post cancer treatment on scars from surgery and boy did they scam me. Then they scammed my girlfriend. I have keloid. And when I went to get then treated I was charged hundreds of dollars per visit tonget my injections and the dermatologist would not give me all the injections. She would only do small areas.
