I arrived early being a new patient. Taken to the back before my appointment time. The M.A/Nurse who took me back was very friendly and professional. She was very gentle while numbing my face for my procedure. Dr. Gainers was pleasant and explained in detail what she was going to do before she started. The procedure was very quick. I was in and out within a hour. The overall experience was great and I definitely recommend anyone to use this facility.

The receptionist/manager, Pam, is the most unprofessional person I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Dr. Gainers is very nice and informative, but with a person like Pam running the place I will Never be back and will be sure to spread the word. If you enjoy being double charged for services and then given a crazy attitude when you try to get your money back.. Perfect place for you.
