I was the third person in the office Today with an appointment at 1. I was the second person in. They came back from lunch at 1:05. No worries.They took me into the room and said the dentist would clean my teeth. I waited in there until 1:27.Got up to leave and was told he will be here any minute. I recently had a treatment with Dr. Melody Pongmanopap, and it was truly a fantastic experience! Dr. Pongmanopap does her own cleaning, and her attention to detail was remarkable. She was thorough, ensuring that every step was explained, which made me feel comfortable and well cared for. I hadn't been to the dentist in over 3 years (oops), but appreciated that there was no judgment from Dr. Pong or Dr. Al! The team at Advanced Dentistry was incredibly professional and welcoming. I was expecting to be side-eyed for my poor dental hygiene or that they would push all kinds of procedures on me, but instead, they were focused on making sure I was comfortable and never pressured me into anything.
