This has been one of the best dental practices I have ever been to! Dr Pongmanopap and her team are so kind, caring and efficient. They are clear, helpful and always make sure to answer any questions I have. Whether it is my regular cleaning or other procedures, I am never worried. They have made me feel at ease whenever I am there. I recently had some sensitivity issues with some of my teeth and they were able to relieve the pain instantly!! I can’t thank Dr. Truong and his team enough! My niece had a cracked tooth and was turned away by several other dentists. We were feeling pretty hopeless until we found Dr. Truong. He didn’t just fit her in — he stepped in immediately and went above and beyond to help. From start to finish, everyone in the office was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. I highly recommend Advanced Dentistry of Woodland! My front tooth broke and I was stressed out thinking I had to get it pulled and then what! I called and got an appt the next day. Dr Al was so nice and put me at ease by explaining he could create a crown that would look just like my other front tooth. He got it all done on the one appt and had me smiling out the door. He was professional and really listened to me. The entire experience was pleasant and comforting and I knew I found our new dentist for the whole family.

I was the third person in the office Today with an appointment at 1. I was the second person in. They came back from lunch at 1:05. No worries.They took me into the room and said the dentist would clean my teeth. I waited in there until 1:27.Got up to leave and was told he will be here any minute. I made sure I was on time for my appointment. Why wasn't the dentist? Very poor business practice. The other two people got in right away and had people working on their teeth. I recently had a treatment with Dr. Melody Pongmanopap, and it was truly a fantastic experience! Dr. Pongmanopap does her own cleaning, and her attention to detail was remarkable. She was thorough, ensuring that every step was explained, which made me feel comfortable and well cared for.
