As a new patient, for me, the jury is still out. I honestly was lukewarm on my first visit. Some things I loved: 1-the team explained everything they did and all of their suggestions. When I had more in-depth questions, they went into more detail to try to make me comfortable with understanding everything. 2-at the end of my appointment there was a thorough list of the recommendations and their costs. 3-everyone was friendly.
