Horrible….from caps not cemented in to cracking one of my molars to putting a cap on a tooth they KNEW needed to be pulled….worst experience with a dentist I ever had. They are out to make as much money off of you as they can. The balance I “owe” them for these screw ups will sit in collections forever. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
I can’t say enough good things about this place. From the moment I walk in, I feel like part of the family. The entire team is kind, professional, and truly cares about their patients. They take the time to explain everything and make sure I’m comfortable at every visit. It’s not always easy to find a dentist you trust, but I know I’m in great hands here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-notch dental care!
Update: no one answers the phone and you have to leave a message every single time you call. I was told (in person) someone would call me to schedule bc they wouldn’t do it then and they never did. I’ve been dealing with chronic dry mouth since my cleaning and they said it’s not related and wouldn’t listen when I tried to explain it’s happened when a filling came loose. Everyone was nice and friendly. The hygienist was gentle on my cleaning but did a good job. Same with the dentist. The office and bathroom were very clean.
